New RRI Site Adds Online Ordering Portal

The site lets providers carry out additional tasks, such as ‘favoriting’ frequently ordered items and adding custom logos to equipment.

Respiratory equipment maker Responsive Respiratory has expanded its website,, to include an online ordering portal for HME providers.

RRI’s site features a personalized account portal for providers to access pricing and order directly online. The new ordering portal offers user friendly features such as a favorites option to mark products as frequently ordered items; add custom logos to items to increase referral source awareness; and a multiple ship‐to function.

“We recognize that a high percentage of the population utilizes the internet to place orders, especially during this time of remote work arrangements,” RRI President Thomas Bannon said. “Our goal is, as always, to provide exceptional service to the customer — regardless of the method of interaction.
