Paragon Ventures, which specializes in mergers and acquisitions in the HME industry and other healthcare sectors, has added Samantha Lincoln to its healthcare advisory team as a managing director.
Lincoln’s previous experiences in healthcare include serving as director of business development for Pacific Pulmonary Services (PPS), where she assisted in the sale of PPS to Teijin. She led 20 acquisition transactions ranging from $2 to $30 million, according to a news release from Paragon Ventures.
“We worked with Samantha on the sale of several of our clients while she was at Pacific Pulmonary,” Jonathan Sadock, managing partner and CEO of Paragon, said. “Her expertise, insight and attention to details to successfully close transactions are impressive. We are excited to have her as part of our team and look forward to her continued success."
She also served as vice president of Capital Works, a private equity firm, and co-founder of Instream Partners, which provided M&A advising, capital raising and equity research for both public and private middle market companies. Lincoln holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
"Our sell-side investment banking advisory business continues to grow nationally, and we are committed to having the highest caliber of talent across our team to best serve our clients,” said Marc Rose, the president and managing partner of Paragon. “In line with this, we are very pleased to enhance the strength of Paragon Ventures with Samantha's joining our team.”
