Mobility Manufacturer Redesigns Website With More Accessibility Features

Visitors to new Pride Mobility site can now increase text size, and Pride is using automation technology to 'glean more insight' into how visitors use the site.

Pride Mobility has launched a redesigned website with more accessibility features, such as letting visitors increase type size, cursor size, and highlight links. Additionally, customers can take advantage of a new color selector to see what each product looks like in available colors.

“The redesign is meant to enrich the quality of our consumer’s journey and provide a clear understanding of the breadth of our product lines and their benefits,” noted Rhonda Perko, Pride’s vice president of marketing.

The site will also track customer behavior on the site using email marketing automation technology. Perko noted that it’s important for the company to “glean more insight” into what products customers are interested in and what specific high-tech features they may enjoy in the future.

In addition to accessibility features, the site includes a dealer locator and catalog-style photography.

“We created a site that is more thoughtful, streamlined and full of useful information to help a consumer find the right product,” said Jeff Distasio, the senior director of Pride Sales.
