The combined company will be known as Bonafide Medical Group LLC and will offer three other products in addition to its original software: a healthcare facility portal; live asset tracking; and a healthcare-acquired infection control platform.

In its announcement, Bonafide said the consolidation will expand its focus from durable medical equipment to include acute care and long-term care.

“Bonafide is addressing the growing demand among healthcare constituents for the continuum of care as payers and providers seek to improve the visibility overall for revenue cycle management,” Scott McDaniel, the company’s chief commercial officer, said.

Bonafide will begin integrating Next Project 11’s company assets immediately.

“We see substantial growth opportunities in Bonafide’s markets, and I look forward to working closely with the Bonafide team in building the leading provider of healthcare solutions,” McDaniel added.
