Invacare Launches New Respiratory Campaign

The campaign will focus on increasing awareness of and access to portable oxygen concentrators.

Invacare Corp. (Elyria, Ohio) launched a new, multimedia, respiratory-specific advertising campaign focused on raising awareness of portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) and increasing access to its equipment.

The campaign touts Invacare’s Platinum Mobile Oxygen Concentrator, with features that encourage active lifestyles. Those features include 10 hours of battery life and support for Invacare’s Piccolo O2 App, which facilitates remote monitoring via iOS and Android phones.

“It made sense to build awareness and provide an additional point of access to consumers who want to can enjoy these benefits,” said Matt Rechin, senior director of marketing communications and consumer marketing at Invacare.

The campaign also shows patients options for obtaining a POC through their insurance coverage, and how they can use Invacare’s online Provider Locator to find a local provider.
