VGM Releases Second ‘Playbook’ for Providers
Downloadable book offers content that helps providers approach a changing marketplace with an ‘entrepreneurial mindset.’

VGM & Associates has released Industry Insights: How to Capitalize on Opportunities in Post-Acute Health, the second edition of its “playbook” that highlights issues, trends, and opportunities facing the HME community.
The downloadable book joins the first publication in the series, Industry Snapshots: Forecasting 2018. The book is free to VGM members and their vendor partners, and an abbreviated version is available to non-members. The series of publications is available at playbook.vgm.com.
The new playbook features articles on how DMEPOS stakeholders can capitalize on opportunities to expand their businesses. VGM experts created the content, which covers various topics including people, processes, and business diversification.
