Providers Urged to Attend Free Legislative Webinar Friday

AAHomecare webinar outlines CMS’s bid expansion and how HME professionals can help reform that plan.

In an “all hands on deck” move to drive industry advocacy support, the American Association for Homecare is hosting a free webinar this Friday regarding CMS’s plan to expand competitive bidding nationwide.

The webinar, “Final Countdown: Act Now to Preserve HME Access Nationwide,” will run Fri., Dec. 4 (tomorrow) from noon to 1 p.m. Eastern time.

During the event, the AAHomecare legislative team will provide an update on the expansion, which goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2016, as well as how current legislation will provide relief for suppliers and patients who will be affected by CMS’s plans. The event will also detail specific ways providers can help by taking action.
