HMEB Hosting FREE ‘Next-Level Retail’ Webinar
VGM retail expert Jim Greatorex will show how providers can leverage the web for increased cash revenue in McKesson-sponsored event.

HME Business, in conjunction with sponsor McKesson Medical-Surgical, is hosting “Next-Level Retail,” a free webinar that will be presented on Sept. 24 by Jim Greatorex of VGM Group Inc.’s Retail Services group.
The webinar will help providers sharpen their cash sales strategies by leveraging the web. The presentation will show how providers can blend online marketing, advertising, social media, and e-commerce tools to reach the right patient markets with the right products.
Greatorex’s presentation will show:
- Why providers’ online presence is a critical element of their retail sales plan.
- How effective online advertising and marketing works.
- The importance of a well-developed social media program.
- How e-commerce factors into their retail sales strategies.

The Webinar includes a 15-minute live Q&A session, and HME Business will provide an on-demand recording of the presentation. In his capacity at VGM, Greatorex applies his more than 20 years’ experience with retail HME to work with providers to enhance their retail sales businesses. Prior to joining VGM, Greatorex founded Maine’s Black Bear Medical in 1988, where he grew his business to three locations in Maine and New Hampshire with a staff of 37 employees before selling it earlier this year. Greatorex is also a past president of NEMED, and has actively lobbied for the HME industry in Washington, D.C.
