Dear Mr. Sir, On Feb. 4, 2015, I ordered a LC Monarch Large 355L, lift chair. I ordered online and it went through the Winchester, Ky. office. I got the order receipt and also an email saying the order had been processed on the 5th of Feb. It has never arrived so we called them yest. The receptionist didn't have ANY info. on the order except said she could see I had sent an order in. I then called Justin Stapley, customer service rep., and got his answering machine. I immediately emailed him at an address I saw on the order receipt. He responded right away and said that his info was that Golden had shipped it out last Monday or Tuesday and he would try to get a tracking number for me. I haven't heard back from him. Could you please look into this? My husband was very sick last winter and I ordered him this same chair from you and we received it right away. We have been so pleased with it, but am disappointed that we haven't had the same service as before and the Winchester office seems to not have a clue about the status of my order. The order number is 2380, ordered Feb. 4, 2015. #0061334-IN, paid $828.00 total Thank you for any information. Sincerely, Linda Combs lcombs57@yahoo.com
