Ottobock Hires Mobility Reps

Mobility sales staffers will serve areas stretching from Washington D.C. to Indiana.

Prosthetic, orthopedic, mobility and rehab equipment maker Ottobock has hired two new mobility sales representatives, Kelly Hasenei and Keith Friedman, who will serve clients ranging from Washington D.C. to Indiana.

Hasenei is the new representative for the territory of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. An ABC Certified Orthotic Assistant and Certified Orthotic Fitter with credentials of COA, Cfom, she is the former owner of a post mastectomy breast care boutique and DME. Hasenei’s extensive experience in medical sales also includes holding the positions of District Manager for Allard Inc. and Business Development Manager for Boston Brace/NOPCO.

Friedman is responsible for the mobility sales territory that includes Tennessee, Kentucky, southern Indiana, and southern Ohio. He joins Ottobock with deep experience in account management and was owner and operator of a successful, high-volume therapy clinic focusing on neuromuscular reeducation, strength training, and restoring range of motion for repetitive use injuries and increasing athletic performance. Friedman is a member of the National Rehabilitation Association and licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio.

"We are excited about the unique talents Kelly and Keith bring to our mobility sales team and look forward to their contributions," said Darrell Burnette, regional mobility solutions sales manager for Ottobock. "Their successful and diverse backgrounds in the healthcare industry include a heavy emphasis on customer interaction and satisfaction, and I'm confident both will have a positive and valuable impact in their new positions."
