People in HME: VGM Promotes Two Team Members

Miehe named vice president-special projects, Eisenman promoted to events manager.

The VGM Group has promoted two of its staff members: Christa Miehe is now the vice president-special projects and Sarah Eisenman is now events manager for all VGM companies.

A University of Iowa graduate, Miehe joined VGM in 2002, became a full-time event planner in 2003, and was promoted to vice president of events. In her new position, Miehe will work with all companies to expedite a variety of projects across the organization, as well as work on acquisitions, strategic planning and business intelligence.

Miehe also is a past president of the Junior League of Waterloo-Cedar Falls, and is a member of both the Waterloo Airport Commission and the Waterloo Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Eisenman is a University of Northern Iowa graduate, and began her VGM career in 2011 as an intern in the events department, and was promoted to events assistant later that year.
