CHAP Names Interim CEO

Reynes takes reins of accrediting organization.

The Board of Directors of accreditation organization the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) has appointed Julie Reynes as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer.  The organization is currently recruiting a new leader.

Reynes, a veteran in the nonprofit healthcare field, specializes in organizational change. She is part of a renewed effort by CHAP to build on its legacy of advancing the standards of community-based care and strengthening the organization’s position to best meet the challenges of the 21st century.

“I am honored that the Board of Directors has entrusted me to act as the Interim CEO of one of the leading nonprofit health care organizations,” Reyes said. “Since 1965, CHAP has been defining and advancing the highest standards of community-based care.  I’m proud to have the opportunity to help them raise the bar for organizations filling that crucial role in the healthcare continuum.”
