Ottobock Adds Mobility Seating Customer Service Rep.

Mobility, prosthetic and orthotic manufacturer Ottobock has hired Julie Robinson as customer service representative for its mobility seating system manufacturing business, which was formerly Tri Quality Inc.

Based in Sacramento, Calif., Robinson brings to Ottobock more than 20 years' experience in customer service, most recently as a customer service specialist with Invacare Corp. In her new position she is responsible for all aspects of managing orders and is dedicated to placing an emphasis on a quick response time and exceeding customer expectations.

“We are excited about the opportunities for supporting our customers in their unique accessory and parts needs and look forward to Julie’s contributions as we invest in this business area,” says John Crane, senior operations manager for Ottobock.  “Her knowledge of the industry and extensive record of quality customer service is impressive and we are pleased to have her join us at Ottobock.”
