Allegiance Group, WeInfuse Announce Billing/Collections Partnership
The new agreement will help infusion providers to more efficiently manage patient billing and collection work.

April 29, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

The Allegiance Group, a private-pay patient billing and debt collection solutions company based in Overland Park, Kansas, has partnered with WeInfuse, a leading software specialist for infusion providers.

The new partnership follows last year’s integration of Allegiance Group’s COLLECTPlus program with WeInfuse’s software system, an April 23 news announcement noted, adding, “The COLLECTPlus–WeInfuse integration is designed to enhance patient engagement while improving cash recovery and operational efficiency for infusion providers.”

“We see a tremendous opportunity in working with infusion providers using the WeInfuse software system to efficiently manage their patient billing and collection processes,” Bruce Gehring, senior vice president of business development at Allegiance Group, said in the announcement. “COLLECTPlus is integrated with WeInfuse, allowing providers to streamline their patient accounts receivable (A/R) for any therapy they offer. Additionally, this integration empowers patients by providing flexible payment options that align with their financial capabilities.”

“WeInfuse strives to provide best-in-class technology solutions for infusion providers,” said Bryan Johnson, cofounder and CEO of WeInfuse, based in Austin, Texas. “With firsthand industry experience, we recognize the efficiency and expertise that COLLECTPlus delivers to our clients in managing their business operations. We are excited about our partnership with Allegiance Group and look forward to further enhancing our integration to meet the evolving needs of infusion providers in today’s complex health-care landscape.”

WeInfuse supports 1,000 infusion centers in the United States and also has expanded its software system to support home infusion and specialty pharmacy workflows.
