ACU-Serve has partnered with Healthcare Growth Group (HGG), an organization that specializes in payer network development.
In an Aug. 19 announcement, ACU-Serve said the new collaboration “marks a significant step forward in enhancing ACU-Serve’s value to its clients by integrating HGG’s expert payer network services into its offerings.”
Akron, Ohio-based ACU-Serve, a specialist in health-care revenue cycle optimization, added that combining forces with HGG “will combine ACU-Serve’s renowned Revenue Cycle Management expertise with HGG’s innovative payer network development solutions, creating a powerful alliance aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability for clients amidst industry-wide payer challenges.”
Going forward, HGG will be able to provide ACU-Serve clients with specialized services in a range of areas, from payer contracting to credentialing, payer relations and strategic marketing.
Because HGG can tailor its services to the specific needs of each home medical equipment business, the client can benefit from customized solutions that address payer revenue challenges in the most effective, efficient ways possible.
HGG can provide turnkey solutions, and ACU-Serve clients “will receive complimentary consultations and discounted pricing on HGG’s services,” the announcement noted.
“Partnering with HGG allows us to enhance our service offerings significantly,” said Jim Knight, president of ACU-Serve. “Their expertise in payer network development will complement our RCM solutions perfectly, enabling us to deliver even greater value to our clients and support their growth in a competitive market.”
“This collaboration with ACU-Serve represents a significant milestone for the Healthcare Growth Group as we unite our expertise in strategic growth and payer network development with ACU-Serve’s leadership in revenue cycle management,” said Richard Kovacik, founder and managing director of HGG. “Combining our respective strengths makes us uniquely positioned to offer impactful solutions that will not only address current industry challenges, but also empower our clients to achieve sustained growth and profitability in an increasingly complex payer landscape.”
