The EZ-Turn is Latex-free and fire retardant, and made with a heavy-duty anti-microbial medical grade vinyl double-stitched cover that cleans easily.

The patent-pending LUCI+Air works with the MyLUCI app to display the data users need to manage their skin. The Everest & Jennings PureTilt has a user-or-caregiver-adjustable tilt control to facilitate easy posture adjustment throughout the day, vital for comfort and pressure relief. PureTilt standard features include an ergonomic, contoured, adjustable-height back; ergonomic rear handles; nonremovable padded, hinged arms that swing up and back to facilitate transfer; a nonremovable angle-adjustable, length-adjustable padded hydraulic leg rest with retractable footplate; padded height-adjustable headrest; 6 in. front swivel casters; 22 in. rear wheels; wheel locks; and rear anti-tippers. JAY Fusion with CryoFluid

The JAY Fusion with CryoFluid addresses all four risk factors associated with pressure injuries: pressure, shear, temperature and moisture — a feat the company says only the CryoFluid can accomplish. The patent pending CryoFluid is made of paraffin wax microbeads combined with graphite that absorbs the user’s heat, cooling the skin surface to a therapeutic temperature to help reduce the risk of pressure injuries. CryoFluid actively cools for up to eight hours, “resets” during off-loading, and the capacity for cooling won’t diminish over time. The CryoFluid insert is divided into five chambers to minimize fluid migration for optimal immersion and weight distribution.

The JAY J3 wheelchair backrest product line is now available in over 40 Posterior Deep sizes. HCPCS coded E2620, the JAY J3 PD Back has dual-layer foam, quick release hardware, and multiple modification options. It also features a layered 3DX Spacer Fabric and Lycra stretch cover to promote airflow and wick moisture. The backrest comes in five contour shapes and four support heights, and has 6 in.-deep contour depth to provide midline postural support and positioning. In addition, curved 7 in.-tall, built-in contoured laterals offer thoracic stability. The JAY J3 PD Back is available in heights ranging from 8 in. to 24 in. and widths from 12 in. to 20 in.

Sunrise Medical is pleased to announce enhancements to the adult Quickie and the pediatric Zippie IRISTM tilt-in-space wheelchair lines. Rotation-in-Space or Tilt-in-Space technology helps to facilitate respiratory function, feeding, pressure relief and visual alignment for the wheelchair user. Already known for its quality and durability, the Quickie IRIS has now increased the weight capacity on the standard chair to 300 pounds and 400 pounds on the heavy duty option. Additionally, an option now available for the Quickie IRIS is the JAY lower extremity support, which utilizes the same latch mechanism as the hangers, making adjustments easier without the need of additional hardware.
