EnviroMax Laminar Flow Enclosure

Enclosure is built to meet critical clean requirements

The EnviroMax Laminar Flow Enclosure is engineered for applications such as liquid handling stations, compounding, high throughput screening, sample weighing, powder handling, HPLC equipment and other related systems. The enclosure isolates the process while the HEPA filter system maintains a positive pressure and ISO 5 class 100 conditions by protecting the process from surrounding contamination. Standard sizes range from 4’ to 8’ wide, 2’ to 4’ deep, and 3’ to 5’ high. However, custom sized enclosures to contain and protect larger integrated instrument systems can be constructed to meet specific size and design specifications.

Continuous AirFlow Monitor

Device monitors the face velocity airflow of a pharmacy fume hood

HEMCO Corp.’s Continuous AirFlow Monitor continuously monitors the face velocity airflow of a fume hood used in pharmacies. Users can select and calibrate at desired FPM velocity set point. If the hood face velocity falls below a set point, an audible alarm sounds and a visual red indicator light appears. The airflow alarm is factory installed or can be field-installed (115/60Hz AC).

VSE Balance Enclosure

Balance Enclosure comes in multiple widths

The VSE Balance Enclosure is available in 24 in., 36 in. and 48 in. widths to accommodate an analytical balance and other small-scale lab processes at pharmacies. The enclosure is constructed of chemical-resistant metal framing and features 1/4 in. thick clear acrylic side panels and a viewing sash. Efficient airflow design with airfoil and the bypass directs contaminates to baffled exhaust to provide superior airflow and containment performance for user protection.
