Pressure mattress offers patient sensing tech and enhanced low air loss

The Adapt Pro Elite incorporates Blue Chip’s automated smart technologies for advanced wound healing and patient care. A patient sensing technology (PST) monitors, measures, and optimizes the mattress to the patient’s needs. A two-stage Fowler function automatically adjusts pressures in the sacral area, based on incline, to prevent sliding and shearing and to improve comfort. Low air loss is delivered through Adapt Pro’s unique ventilated cover. This advancement delivers enhanced low air loss therapy, improves patient comfort, and ingress into the mattress. Available in 36”, 42” & 48”. Supports 400, 650 and 800 lbs. with optional side rail safety bolsters.

One thousand twenty-four (1024) sensing points cover the entire surface area of our sensor “skin,” allowing for discrete spot pressure analysis at any point in the contact region. Alternating Pressure Mattress System with Low Air Loss

The Tradewind ATS-RC alternating pressure, low air loss mattress system with wired hand held remote, allows the patient to control their comfort and indepen-dence. The support surface aims to maximize perfor-mance and value for the prevention and treatment of Stage I-IV pressure ulcers. User friendly controls and ease of setup make Tradewind well suited for acute, long term care, hospice and the home bound patient. The Tradewind series mattress utilizes 17 independent, 8 in. deep low air loss cells to provide pressure redis-tribution, and multi-directional stretch cover is loose fitting and will conform to the patient. The mattress was designed to fit all standard hospital beds, coming in in 36 in. and supporting 350 lbs., as well as bariatric sizes 42 in. and 48 in. to support weights up to 750 lbs. The Tradewind meets California Technical Bulletin no. 117 for fire retardancy.

Measure X mattress and wheelchair seating pads are available in standard and high definition.
