The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) is moving to a 44 percent larger space in order to accommodate continued growth, according to the company.
The accrediting organization is upgrading from a 3,600-square-foot facility to a 5,183-square foot office. Effective June 6, the company will be headquartered at 10461 Mill Run Circle, Suite 1250, Owings Mills, Md. 21117. BOC will be closed from June 1 to June 6 in order to effect its move.
“BOC’s main focus remains on our customers,” said Claudia Zacharias, MBA, CAE, president and CEO of BOC. “We are looking forward to the move to a larger space, where we will deliver the same award-winning customer service as we continue to grow.”
Founded in 1984 as a not-for-profit, BOC provides accreditation for both orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) and DME providers. The company said in a public statement that it had experienced “significant growth” in revenue and staff due a strategy that has focused on adding new credentialing programs and establishing a full-time business development team
