Invacare has released three virtual reality videos that let viewers immerse themselves into environments that help them experience Invacare mobility products.
The DME manufacturer worked with Cleveland-based digital marketing agency Think Media to create the series of 360-degree videos that let viewers tilt, pan and rotate their view:
- Viewers can sit in the driver’s seat for of Team Invacare Athlete and Paralympian Paul Schulte riding an Invacare Top End Force RX Handcycle with fellow riders in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
- Another video features para-triathlete Charlie Mosbrook in a ROVI X3 Power Wheelchair with Motion Concepts Power Positioning as he explores the Cleveland Botanical Gardens.
- A third features Mosbrook as he and he gets up close to a Tyrannosaurus Rex in the new Invacare TDX SP2 Power Wheelchair in the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.
The videos, which debuted at the International Seating Symposium in Vancourver, let viewers look up, down, turn side to side and even look behind, as the videos play.
“We want everyone — providers, therapists, and most importantly, consumers – to experience what it’s like to be in an Invacare product,” said Maegen Hurtado, Digital Marketing Manager at Invacare. “We want people to be inspired and know that they truly can do anything they put their mind to.”
