Sunrise Medical has rolled out a new website that emphasizes enhancing its customers’ experience, online interaction and resources.
Using a mobile and tablet friendly, responsive design that adjusts pages for any client device, the new site aims to make finding support resources and learning about mobility and seating products more intuitive. Users initially select their group — consumers, dealers, or clinicians — to see pages such as the Dealer Locator for consumers, Technician Support Center for dealers, and the Education in Motion Blog for clinicians. Additionally, all resources can be conveniently found on the User Resources and Dealer & Clinician Resources pages.
Other enhancements include:
- Simplified navigation to product information.
- A Communitypage that features live feeds to Sunrise Medical’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
- An interactive Help Me Choose guided product selection page.
- An improved Order Forms & Literature page for downloading product documentation.
The site also maintains older, well-used featuers, such as the ability to share product information on social media sites, compare specifications of products side by side, and search for spare and replacement parts on Sunparts Online.
“We believe our new website will improve visitors’ online experience, encourage visitors to connect with their peers, and make learning about mobility products and services more convenient,” said Teresa Adkins, vice president of marketing at Sunrise Medical.
