Medrade Spring is offering a variety of special early bird registration deals and freebies to providers interested in attending the show, slated for April 10 to 12 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.
To begin with, early birds arriving on Monday night may wish to attend one of seven separate pre-show seminars set for Tuesday, April 10, from 8 a.m. to noon. Participating companies for the Tuesday pre-show seminars are: Capital Healthcare Group; Invacare; Team@Work; Jane’s Healthcare Consulting & University; Philips Respironics; Pride Mobility Products Corp; The MED Group; and The VGM Group.
Providers calling any of these companies can receive a code to use for Medtrade Registration. Registration with the code entitles them to attend the chosen company’s pre-show seminar, plus all educational sessions during the main conference, for $205 total.
Even attendees who do not wish to attend a pre-show seminar can ask these companies for a code, which will give them $20 off the main conference registration, for a total of $179.
Attendees who are not interested in any educational sessions or seminars, but simply want to enjoy Las Vegas and see the products, can get a free expo pass by calling a Medtrade Spring exhibitor. Any exhibitor has the ability to give a prospective attendee a code that lets that person register for the free pass. Otherwise, an expo pass is $50. The free pass gives the holder complete access to the show floor, but they must register using their discount code from the exhibitor prior to arriving on site. Codes are not valid onsite.
Providers arriving on Sunday night (April 8), or early on Monday (April 9), might wish to attend Brightree’s 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. workshop on Monday, April 9. The intensive one-day training course focuses on best practices and incorporates the latest Brightree release functions, including 5010 eclaims workflow.
Brightree is the only pre-show event on Monday, April 9, and they do not have a code. Instead, its price is $450, which includes the conference and expo. Those who have already purchased the Brightree workshop can add an additional pre-show seminar for $150.
