Drive Medical Design & Manufacturing welcomes Ross Bogitch as the director of its customer service department.
Prior to joining Drive Medical, Bogitch worked for Freshdirect.com for three years where he ran a customer service department comprised of 50 representatives and five supervisors.
Objectives planned for the coming year include increased staffing leading to shorter wait times; increased hours of operation; sales order and shipping confirmations; courteous and trained customer service agents.
