Definitive Homecare Solutions Expanding Headquarters
New facility to accommodate continued growth for homecare software maker.
Definitive Homecare Solutions Ltd., developers of CPR+ home infusion, specialty pharmacy, and HME provider software, is relocating its headquarters into new, expanded facilities.
The new location adds more than 50 percent to DHS’ offices, including a new in-house customer training center and expanded conferencing and call center facilities. The company’s new headquarters is located at 707 Park Meadow Rd., Westerville, OH 43081. DHS's telephone and fax numbers will remain the same.
“With our continued growth in the homecare software market, we recognized the need to construct a facility to accommodate adding staff now and over the next several years,” said Jeff Johnston, co-owner of DHS, who added that the company's emphasis on first-call resolution in its customer support operation is a key driver for the move.
“The new, larger facility will allow us to add the staff that we need to continue to provide the high-level of support and training services that our customers have grown to expect,” he said.
