More than 300 HME Providers logged on to HME Business’s first-ever webinar event this week, “Show me the $$: Coach your team to get co-pays.”
Hosted by Ty Bello, president and founder of Team@Work, which provides sales coaching, training and professional education to HME providers across the nation, Bello provided an hour-long presentation including polls and question and answer sessions to help providers understand this important subject.
Given that maintaining cash-flow is critical in such a difficult funding environment, the webinar focused on:
- Why providers need to collect co-pays.
- What they need to say and when to say it.
- How to initiate appropriate follow up.
- How to formulate solutions for getting paid from those most difficult customers.
