CMS Slates Next Open Door Forum

Call is scheduled for June 30.

CMS has notified providers that the next Home Health, Hospice & DME Open Door Forum is scheduled for next Tuesday, June 30.

Call in participants should dial into the conference line at least 15 minutes prior to the call. The dial-in number is 800-837-1935 and the conference ID is 16841080. No RSVP is required for call-in participants. TTY relay services are available for the hearing impaired. For TTY services dial 711 or 800-855-2880, and a relay communications assistant will help.

Those wishing to attend in person must RSVP no later than 2 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, June 26. Send RSVPs via email to DMEODF-L@cms.hhs.gov with "Home Health" as the subject line. The forum is located at the Hubert H. Humphrey Bldg., 200 Independence Avenue S.W., Washington, D.C. 20201. Participants must arrive no later than 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

A recording of the call will be available at 800-642-1687. Those wishing to listen should reference conference ID 16841080. The recording will be available two hours after the Open Door Forum ends and will expire after three business days.
