System One
CPAP system learns patients’ treatment needs
The newest device in the Philips Respironics System One platform –
the REMstar Pro with AutoIQ — is a CPAP system that can track
up to 30 days while delivering breath-by-breath therapy
as it learns patients’ treatment needs. Based
on what it learns, it then sets a fixed pressure.
The system checks back every 30
hours to see if the therapy pressure
it established is still on track. If not,
the device automatically adjusts to
obtain an ideal pressure.
