The Synergy Spectrum with viscoelastic foam insert from Quantum Rehab offers a 650 lb. weight capacity with sizes up to 32x28 inches to provide pressure management and comfort for the bariatric client. In addition to the viscoelastic foam insert, the Synergy Spectrum features a high density molded foam base, a viscoelastic top layer, an inner liner for incontinence and to reduce shear, a moisture wicking four-way stretch cover and a standard 3-millimeter ACM solid seat insert.

a 4-inch multicell air
insert and Quantum Rehab’s Sil-Air silicone foam
base. The design allows for maximum airflow and
moisture protection. Features include a multi-cell
air bladder for pressure management, unique airflow properties that help keep skin cool and dry,
a standard 3-millimeter ACM solid seat insert and
precision air volume adjustment that prevents
bottom-out or high pressure from over-inflation.
The silicone foam base features an antibacterial
agent that greatly reduces odor and is fully
waterproof.
