Stand and add bungee cords to incorporate upper body activity. Use grips for pushups and upper body walks. Included is the RefitR board, hand grips, knee pads and one light, medium and heavy bungee cord as well as exercise instructions.

      Perform Better's Power Plate improves blood circulation, strengthens blood tissues and increases the basic metabolic rate, resulting in increased speed, improved strength and stamina. Vibration technology produces voluntary muscle contractions of 30 to 50 times per second, transferring energy from the Power Plate platform to the user's body to stimulate muscle and tissue recovery. Each set is performed no longer than 30, 45 or 60 seconds, and training sessions last about 10 minutes.

        Truestretch, a stretching station, encourages functional stretching in all three planes of motion. The user makes four-point contact in a weight-bearing upright position to create correct stretching of the body. The device uses the body's natural upright position for proper body alignment and stability. Truestretch measures 7 feet, 3 inches by 4 feet, with a diameter of 5 feet.
