Air fluidized therapy unit quickly heals pressure sore wounds
The AIRUS A210 Air Fluidized Therapy Unit
helps enable patients with pressure sores to
heal wounds faster than a traditional hospital
bed. The unit consists of a base structure filled
with silicone coated microsphere beads. Room
air is drawn into the base unit, then filtered,
heated and pushed into the microsphere bead
media through a diffuser board. The airflow
suspends the microspheres,
causing them to take on the
properties of a fluid.
