New IVR Extension to Brightree Includes Campaign Management Tools
Brightree LLC new’s Release 27
extends the SaaS-based HME software
system with interactive voice response
(IVR) technology, which enables
HME providers to deploy intelligent,
automated telephone campaigns to
patients. The solution’s initial application
supports providers with CPAP/BiPAP patient bases; additional IVR
applications will be created for diabetic, respiratory and enteral supplies.
Features of the system include automated patient interaction; full control
of campaigns; real-time campaign precision; automatically generated sales
orders; smart workflows; and advanced reporting.
