A monitor displays speed, distance, calories and time to easily track progress. The Hand Cycle adjusts independently in height and depth to properly fit each individual. A gas cylinder offsets the weight of the Hand Cycle. Adjustable magnetic resistance provides beginner to advanced workouts.
