Omaha, Neb.-headquartered HME provider Midwest Respiratory & Rehab has acquired Community HME LLC, a diversified DME business with locations in Baraboo and Richland Center, Wis.
Community HME will retain its name and continue to operate at its existing Wisconsin locations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, according to Duckridge Advisors, which served as Community HME’s merger and acquisition advisor for the sale.
A regional provider, Midwest Respiratory & Rehab serves patients via 10 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and South Dakota. Community HME will be the providers’ foray into Wisconsin.
