HME software maker Fastrack and CMB Solutions announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance to develop and deliver solutions that help HMEs increase patient contact and management directly through the Fastrack HME Enterprise software and CMB’s interactive voice response (IVR) solution.
Through this alliance, Fastrack and CMB will create tools that help Fastrack customers deploy patient contact solutions that can provide replenishment and compliance quickly and easily through their existing Fastrack System.
As the industry transitions to an era where patient management is paramount, patient contact applications powered by CMB give HMEs the ability to generate additional revenues through replenishment campaigns and enhance their compliance. Fastrack says providing these patient contact applications directly through the Fastrack HME software will save HMEs time and money.
“By combining Fastrack’s leadership in billing, operations and patient management with CMB’s leadership in patient contact, compliance and replenishment we are delivering solutions that help HME’s easily and cost effectively deploy contact solutions to their entire patient population," says Fastrack President Spencer Kay. "The goal is simple: make patient contact easier for the DME.”
The initial goal of the strategic alliance agreement will see Fastrack and CMB deliver a new release of their respective systems optimized and integrated for HME providers. The initial focus will be on delivery of CPAP and respiratory contact systems. The companies will also continue to enhance and build upon their technologies to help accelerate deployment of additional patient management solutions.
